We recognise that each business requires different levels of support depending on the skills and expertise you have in-house and the complexity of the issues you are facing. We are able to design a supporting service to suit you and your business. Here are some of our service options:-
This option gives you the flexibility to call upon us as and when you require HR Services, whether it is developing terms and conditions of employment, coming on site to assist with conducting a complex disciplinary hearing at your premises or you just need some general employment advice.
The ‘Pay As You Go’ service is charged on an hourly rate basis.
This service provides you with unlimited access to advice and guidance for all your HR and employment queries, whether it is guidance with a potential redundancy process from start to finish or you simply want reassurance that you are doing things right.
In addition to the telephone and e-mail advice we provide:- template letters, detailed meeting scripts and support from your dedicated HR Consultant every step of the way through each HR process to ensure you have complied with legislation and have a strong business case in place to support your decision and also to defend any legal action taken against the company.
You also have the option of including on-site HR Management support at agreed times when you most need it.
The ‘Fixed Monthly Fee’ is a cost effective service which provides you with the peace of mind that you have access to expert advice at any time for a fixed fee per month.
At Consult HR we can undertake project work such as conducting Investigations, disciplinary hearings and grievances on an independent basis.
This frees your time up from what are normally complex and very worrying situations and allows an HR Professional to complete a thorough and fair process with an Independent view.
This will add credibility to your process and provides the company with a robust defence report in the event of any tribunal proceedings initiated against the company.
This creates the opportunity for businesses to outsource their HR. The Consultant is your HR Manager and an agreed timetable would be set out in accordance with the business requirements.
We would develop an HR strategy, identifying HR initiatives to work towards achieving Company Objectives.
A review of the problem areas within the organisation would be conducted and a strategy developed on how to address these issues.
Personnel issues would be reviewed with the management and an action plan agreed on the appropriate procedures to follow.
